SHIPPING METHOD

We use the Standard Shipping method to deliver the product.

SHIPPING CHARGE

Shipping charge : flat rate $6.99.

PO BOXES, RURAL ROUTE & APO/FPO/DPO

We will use DHL Express service for PO Boxes, Rural Route, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

DELIVERY TIME

• Processing time 1 to 2 business days(Mon-Fri).
• Transit time 5 to 8 business days(Mon-Fri).

ORDER TRACKING

When your product is successfully shipped, you will get tracking information on your confirmation email. However, you can also check via this page – Order Tracking.

Please allow giving 24 hours for the tracking information to work properly.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We will be able to cancel the order if the products don’t ship.

Once it transit, we will not accept any cancellation requests.

ADDRESS CHANGE

If you put it mistakenly or want to change the shipping address, in that case, you have 12 hours. In this time, you need to contact us as soon as possible.
